AVP 400KG Magnet Fishing Kit

This magnet fishing kit includes everything you need to get started with recreational magnet fishing. This single-sided magnet features an astonishing 881 pounds (400 kilograms) of pulling strength in the vertical axis. Because this is not a double-sided magnet, 100% of the magnet's strength can be used on a single point of contact.

The Specifications

The AVP Magnet is a neodymium earth magnet (N52 grade). It features a pulling strength of 400 kilograms (881 pounds) which has been verified by independent laboratory testing (and we have the video footage to prove it).

The magnet measures approximately 5 inches in length and weighs almost two pounds.

The included 64 foot nylon rope has a diameter of 0.2 inches and has a load rating well in excess of the magnet's 400 kilogram capabilities. The nylon has been treated with a proprietary compound to make it more resistant against abrasions and saltwater. The magnet also features a similar coating which prevents corrosion from saltwater.
