How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping costs are variable. Currently it is a flat rate of $11 USD.

Where Do You Ship From?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse either in Boston, MA or Seattle, WA. We do not dropship nor do we use third party fulfillment companies. We warehouse and ship everything ourselves.

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping partner. Most orders are shipped using a First Class Mail Service which takes about 3 - 5 days to receive. Some orders may be required to ship via ground mail due to mailing regulations (magnets and lithium-ion batteries). International shipments generally require 11-17 days for delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS. 

Do You Offer Tracking Numbers?

Yes. All orders include full tracking from start to finish and complementary package insurance in the event of a lost or damaged package.

How Do You Package Your Orders?

Our packages are discreet and arrive in either plain envelopes or plain cardboard boxes. 


What Is Your Return Policy?

We offer a 30 day refund policy starting from the date of delivery as verifiable by tracking records. Simply contact our customer support team if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we'll be happy to help you out.

What If 30 Days Have Passed?

Generally speaking, customer satisfaction is always our top priority so we encourage customers to get in touch with us even if the return period has lapsed. We are always more than happy to make accommodations depending on circumstance.
