Where are you guys located?

Our main warehouse is located just outside of Boston, MA.

How fast do you guys ship orders?

We dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. All orders receive a tracking number via e-mail which can be used to track your package in real time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location relative to our warehouse in Massachusetts, orders can take anywhere from 2-3 business days once dispatched. Due to the lithium-ion battery contents of our packages, we are required to ship certain orders via USPS Ground Mail which can take upwards of 8 days to the West coast.

What shipping method do you guys use?

Most orders are dispatched via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Parcel Mail. If you require a different mail courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc...) please get in touch with our customer support department before you place your order.



What is your return policy?

TakLite offers a hassle-free 30 day return policy on all purchases.

Note: All products being returned must show no signs of damage or abuse. A refund will be processed 10 to 15 days after an item is back in our possession. TakLite will only cover the cost of shipping if the item originally dispatched was defective.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All of our products are backed by a lifetime warranty which guarantees the device to be free of manufacturer defects. We will not cover any accidental damage.

How does the warranty process work?

When a customer initiates a warranty claim, we will issue a pre-paid return label via e-mail. Once our warranty department receives the product back, we will go ahead and immediately issue the customer a brand new replacement. The original product is repaired on our own time and then recycled internally.
