SAFETY WARNING:

Using the wrong battery in this flashlight can be dangerous and can result in injury.

DO NOT USE CR123A BATTERIES WITH THIS FLASHLIGHT. 

DO NOT USE COUNTERFEIT, INFERIOR, OFF-BRAND, AND/OR OTHERWISE UNBRANDED/UNKNOWN 18650 CELLS WITH THIS FLASHLIGHT. 

This flashlight draws approximately 7A of current. The vast majority of off-the-shelf 18650s can not support this high of a current draw. Trying to draw 7A of current from unbranded counterfeit and/or otherwise inferior batteries can result in injury.

When you purchase this flashlight from us, we include a Panasonic NCR18650GA battery. This is the safest possible battery that can be used with this flashlight. It supports a continuous discharge of 10A and comes with additional PCB protection.

Our official advice is to never use any battery except for the one we provide you with your purchase. However, the following cells will also work: LG HE2, Samsung 25R, Sony VTC4/VTC5.
